SMØKING BAN

In my city smoking is banned almost anywhere. Since last year is banned smoking in all the bars or restaurants, but bigger restaurants have a section where is not forbidden. Is banned in all the public sites and kids under eighteen can’t buy cigarettes. This law is very good because smoke is very bad for your health and the health of yours and stopping to smoke it reduce the cancer and the mortality. Some people say that the smoking law is ridiculous, but it’s because they don’t understand that is for their health. At the moment the police are not being very severe, and I think that is a theme very important.

My Future

Since I was child I’ve loved the big skyscrapers and the modern buildings. I hope to be architect, but I’ve listen a lot about these degree, (like I have wrote on “ME!”) it is very long, very difficult and you need more than a seven of mark to enter.

But I like architecture, imagine, I am going to make the Treball de Recerca about the new buildings and new technologies, like the Torre Agbar of Barcelona, which is very interesting.

Possibly I’ll study another thing like technical architect (that is very different than architect) or engineer of something :P, I don’t know.

I am going to study at Universitat de Girona, because I don’t need to travel to any different city.

After the title of architect I know that I won’t design any skyscraper, but dreaming is free!

A memorable place

A memorable place

My favourite city is Paris, the capital of France. Last summer I was there and it fascinated me. The avenues and the streets are very long and wide, and the tarmac is made of stone. The avenues have a lot of trees and the street lights are very beautiful. All the houses are, different and beautiful.
The Senna river is one of the favourite side among the tourists Boats dazzee on the river. From the boat you can apreciate all the monuments like the bridges or the Eiffel Tower, the symbols of France and sometimes of Europe, and it is incredible, because when you see the Tower, you fall in love with it. The Tower is extremely majestic; when you are under it you feel like an ant.
Definetively, if you have been in Paris, you will return to it.

Hi! My name is Carles Sanchez and I was born in Girona in 8^th of January of 1991, but I have lived in Salt always. Now I’m studying Batxillerat because I want become an architect, but possibly I will study another career because this one is 5 years long! When I finished studying I would have to retire! That disaster! Physically I’m not very tall, I have dark-green eyes and I wear short hair.

When I am with friends all say that I am fun and sometimes crazy, but when I’m with people who I don't meet I am very shy. I like the football, but rarely do I play it, I need to conform to seeing how the Barcelona wins the Champions League. I love paint; I’m taking painting lessons at the Fine Arts’s School of Salt, I hope to learn a lot.
